Servers containing "noise makers" will slowly make it into Lexington and Louisville-totaling about 200 3.4 ghz 32 gb containing linux operating systems. The noise makers are specially designed to emit a certain noise that absorbs bandwidth, coupled with xbox and playstation 3 gaming systems will slow Insight's network down during the peak buying season.
